前列腺癌手术方法与临床意义

摘　　要：自1980年3月到1995年10月共收治前列腺癌58例,均经直肠穿刺活检和术后病检确诊,临床根据前列腺癌肿大程度及全身情况,外科采用前列腺及睾丸切除术10例,前列腺切除13例,睾丸切除并化疗35例。对手术方法与预后存活进行随访观察,结果前列腺癌做前列腺和睾丸切除术后能自行排尿和延长生存,睾丸切除并辅以磷酸雌二醇氮芥化疗,对35例失去手术时机的CD期前列腺癌也获满意的效果。就手术方法在临床处理具体病人时的意义予以讨论。We had treated 58 cases prostatic cancer from March 1980 to October 1995, diagnosis were all demonstrated by pathology. 10 cases were cured by partial - prostatectomy and orchiectomy, 13 cases were cured by partial -prostatectomy,35 cases were cured by orchiectomy and chemotherapy. The treatment methods and survive of patients were observed. The patients who had been treated by partial -prostatectomy and orchiectomy could urine au-tomatecly and survive longer. Thirty-five patients who had been in C or D period have achieved satisfactory effects by orchiectomy and estramustine phosphate. The article discussed the different treatments of prostatic cancer and clinical significance.
