结肠癌老年患者手术前后红细胞免疫功能的观察

摘　　要：对22例结肠癌老年患者手术前后,应用郭峰的红细胞免疫的检测法,观察了红细胞C_3b受体花环率(C_3bRR),免疫复合物花环率(CIR)。免疫粘附促进率(RFER)和抑制率(RFIR),红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤花环率(ECRR),在手术前后的动态变化。结果表明,C_3bRR上升,CIR下降,ECRR增高明显,手术前后差别显著(P<0.05)。说明手术切除肿瘤对结肠癌老年患者的红细胞免疫功能的恢复起了有益的作用。This article reviewed 22 cases senile patients of colon carcinoma by using Guofeng method in detecting RBC's immuuological function before/after operation and observaed C3bRR, CIR, RFER, RFIR and ECRR. Their dynamic changes before/after the operation. The results showed after the operation their C3bRR increasing, CIR decreasing, ECRR increasing distinctively, and they showed a sharp differences before/after the operation (P < 0. 05). This research shows that resection of tumour is effective to restore the RBC's immunological function of senile patients of colon carcinoma.
