摘  要:为了适应医学模式的转变,使学生在产科护理学的学习及未来的临床工作中建立整体护理的概念,本文将心理社会学因素引入到高等护理的产科教学中,以完善妊娠期的孕妇护理。通过国内外产科护理学教材中相关内容的比较,阐述了此项教改的必要性和可行性。同时在教学中尝试着将妊娠期孕妇的心理分期和护理程序的应用等与以往的教学内容有机结合,取得了较好的教学效果。In order to adapt the Higher Nursing Education to the changed Medical Education Model and make the undergraduate students set up Holistic Nursing Concepts in studying the Obstetric Nursing, the authors of this paper tried to introduce the psychosocial factors and psychological nursing into pregnancy teaching. The significance of this reform is expounded by comparing the related content in chinese and foreign teaching materials. The preliminary attempt to combine the psychological stages of pregnant women and the use of nursing process with the content in previous teaching materials has achieved considerable success in teaching practice.
