摘　　要：培养学术带头人，首先学校领导人必须充分认识其重要性，然后要长远规划，有政策保证。在具体实施上，要通过科研实践使人才脱颖而出。在科研实践中，学校领导要为科技人才做好服务工作，把校内科技人员及仪器设备实行联合，资源共享。The school leaders should first fully ealize the importance of training academic guiders.And then a long term plan concerned should be made with the policy as guarantee.In Its concrete implementation,the scientific research practice is the key link so as to turn out the trained personnel.In the scientific research practice the school leaders should provide good service to the scientific research staff.The scientifc research staff,apparatus and other academic recourses within the school should be jointly called into full play.
