摘　　要：本组手术在常规睑袋整复术的基础上,施行眼轮匝肌悬吊术42例,有效地防止了睑袋整复术后下睑回缩和下睑外翻等并发症的发生。并介绍了作者临床实践的体会。To suspent the orbicular muscle based on the eyelid sacreductionmight restore the orbicular muscle's tensity and sustaintion to thelower lid,also prevent the retrieving of the muscle eetropion.The author subjects that we should take notices in these two points as to prevent the eyelid sac reoccurs, as to(1)restore the height of the lpwer eye- lid;(2)to make the palpebal conjunctiva contact the eyeball.
