摘　　要：西汉骊靬县与犁靬国无关无关刘光华汉代张掖郡之骊县，古代即引起学者重视，重视原因有二，一为其归属问题，一为其得名之缘由。骊县之归属，由许慎引起，他在《说文解字》中说：“武威有丽县”（卷六）。骊本属张掖郡，而许慎言属武威郡，后人在注释《汉书·地理志》或校...Abstract In modern times, there were even people who believed that Liqian was the Chinese shOrtened translation of Alexandria,In l960s,an American scholar named Dehorchan concluded at the end of a critical research that Liqian was a small town established by the Han Dynasty in the Hexi Corridor for the Roman soldiers in the Xiongnu armed forces captured in the Dulaishu(the present Talas River) Battle,and that these Roman soldiers were part of the Roman regiments who got lost in the Patiya Empire after the Karlai Battle. This article refuted the above statments.and argued on the basis of the Han correspondence that the latest date for the set-up of the Liqian County was earlier than the time of the Karlai Battle,and so it had no relevance to the Romans. After enumerating other statements about the name of the Liqian County,the writer of the article points out that Liqian' must have come from the language of a national minority to be exact from the language of the Lihan tribe of the Xiongnu nationality in Hexi Area. And this conclusion is based On the historical documents,and conforms to the general rules of the naming of places in Hexi in the Han Dynasty.
