对《财务管理学》实验教学的思考

摘　　要：本文分析了教师选择理论教学模式、轻视实验教学的原因,建议将课程实验计划写入人才培养计划中;同时指出稳定课堂教学质量很重要,有必要在教学上稳固"传帮带文化",科研上构建"群虎文化",且文化氛围要常态化。The article analyzed the reason that the teachers choose the theoretical teaching pattern, look down the curriculum experiment teaching. The article suggested that the experiment plan of the curriculum should be written into the talent training plan, and pointed out the stable classroom instruction quality was very important. It is necessary to stable ＂to pass on one＇s expertise culture＂ in the teaching, to construct ＂the group tiger culture＂ in the scientific research, also the cultural atmosphere must be normalized.
