GST──π在喉癌诊断中的价值

摘　　要：谷胱甘肽Ｓ－转移酶　（ＧＳＴ－　）在多种肿瘤组织中明显增高，本文对ＧＳＴ－　免疫组化在喉部恶性肿瘤检测中的意义进行了研究。在３２例喉鳞癌、声带息肉和喉乳头状瘤的标本中，喉癌多呈强阳性；而声带息肉和喉乳头状瘤呈阴性丈弱阳性。ＧＳＴ－　阳性并非喉部肿瘤组织所特有，但这有助于区分鳞癌和其它疾病，也可能对喉癌的耐药性提供有用的资料。ST- has been known to the markedlyincreased in multiple tumour tissues. In this pa-per , the significance of GST- immunohistoche-mical method in the detection of malignant tu-mour was studied. In 32 specimens of squamouscarcinoma of larynx, polyp of the vocal cord andpapillomatosis of larynx, the laryngocarcinomashowed stronq positiveness, but the practionswere negtive ur weak positive in polyp of the vo-cal cord and papillomatosis of larynx. The poi-tiveness of GST- was not specific for laryn-geal tumour tissues, but it was helpful to differ-entiate squamous carcinoma from other tissues,and it could provide useful information on drugresistance of laryngoearcinoma.
