保元汤对兔实验性缺血心脏的保护作用

摘　　要：结扎兔冠状动脉左室支造成急性心肌梗塞模型,然后给予加味保元汤2g(生药)/kg,po,每12h一次,72h后给药组心肌梗塞范围(32.0±2.4％),较对照组(38.6±4.4％)显著减小;72h后给药组ECG的病理性Q波宽度较对照组显著缩小(P<0.01),表明保元汤对兔实验性缺血心脏有一定保护作用。In the study the myocardial infarction models were made by occluding the ventricular branches of left arteries of rabbits. Administration of Baoyuantang 2g/kg, po, bid, for 72h significantly reduced ischemia areas of the left ventricles(as compared with control group, P<0. 05). After 72h the widths of pathologic Q waves were 18.0±4.0ms for treated group,and were apparently less than those of control group (p<0. 01). The results show that Baoyuantang has some protective effects on ischemia hearts in rabbits.
