分光光度法测定凝集素对红细胞的凝集活性

摘　　要：本文根据凝集素与红细胞相互作用后,凝集的红细胞下降快的原理,成功地用分光光度法测定了两个不同浓度的麦胚凝集素溶液的凝集活性。通过与双倍系列稀释法比较证明该法较双倍系列稀释法准确性好。In this paper, the hemagglutinating activity of lectin was successfully determined with spectrophotometry, according to the fact that the erythrocyte sedimentation rate becomes more rapid after the Interaction of lectin and blood red cells.
