摘　　要：讨论了目前在体心肌损伤动物模型建立的基本原理和方法,同时比较了各种模型的用途与优缺点,为研究者选择合适的动物模型提供了依据。This paper discusss the basic theory and practice for establishing of animal models of myocardial ischaemia. The advantages and disadvantages of those models were compared ,that may provide useful information for researchers to choose suitable model.
