摘　　要：Lactate Dehydrase(LDH), a soluble enzymic series of glycogenolysis, mainly catalyzes the exchange reaction between lactic acid and pyruvate. In order to know well the metabolic speciality of LDH and the mechanism of cell differentiation of goat preimplantation embryos, we studied LDH activity in goat embryos before 8-cell stage with electron microscope.
