摘 要:对120例Ⅱ型糖病尿人血液流变性及甲皱微循环的研究显示,有血管并发症组血液流变性及甲皱微循环改变较无血管并发症组更显著,表现为全血粘度增高,血小板粘附率及聚集率升高,红细胞电泳时间延长,血液流速减慢,血细胞聚集、瘀血、泥沙样流态增高。血液流变性、甲皱微循环与血管并发症三者呈平行关系。结果提示,糖尿病属—血液高粘滞综合征,血液高粘滞状态与糖尿病血管病病变有密切关系。The hemorrheplogy and nail fold microcirculation were studied in 120 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus.The results thas the changes of hemorrhe- ology and nail fold micrpcirculation were more significant in patients with angiopathic complications compared to those of the patients without angiopathic complications. The manifestations inclnded increased viscosity of the whole blood,of erythrocyte elevation of the platelet adhesion rate and the platelet aggregation rate,prolongation electrophoric time,reduction of blood flow velocity,aggregation and stagnation of blood cell and the increased sandy blood flow state.The blood hemorrheology,nail microcirculation and the angiopathic complications assumed parallel relationship These results slggeste that the diabetes is one of the high blood viscosity syndrome.The diabetic angiopathy is closely related to the high blood viscosity.
