61例SLE病人血清抗双链DNA抗体水平及意义

摘　　要：本文报道了61例 SLE 患者血清抗双链 DNA 抗体的检测结果。活动期41例100%阳性,缓解期20例10%阳性,76例非 SLE 的其他结缔组织病及非结缔组织病1.32%阳性。正常对照40份均为阴性。提示抗双链 DNA 的检测有助于 SLE 的诊断和病情监测。The results of the detection of anti-dsDNA antibody in sera of 61 SLE patients were reported in the article.Positive rate of SLE in active phase in 41 cases was 100%.The recovery stage in 20 cases was 5%. 76 cases with other connective tissue diseases and non-connective tissue diseases were 1.32%.40 normal individuals were all negative.Detection of anti-dsDNA antibody is helpful in the diagnosis and surveillance of SLE.
