人IL_2活性测定及其影响因素的探讨

摘　　要：作者建立了小鼠胸腺细胞MTT比色分析法并检测了33份正常人的IL₂活性。探讨了影响人IL₂活性测定的因素并与³H-TdR掺入法进行比较。结果表明,该法简便,稳定,可行,与³H-TdR掺入法比较二者有较好的一致性,认为本法可用于临床IL₂样本的检测。The MTT Colorimetric assay was established by using thymocytes of mice as target cells and the IL_2 activity was measured in 33 normal individuals. The factors affecting the IL_2 activity were studied and Compared with ~3H-TdR in corporation assay. The resucr has shown that this assay is convenient, reproducible and practicable. By Comparing MTT with ~3H-TdR incorporation assay, there was good correlation between them. This method is considered available for use of the assay of Clinical IL_2 Samples.
