手术治疗55例脊柱结核的体会

摘　　要：本文报告手术治疗并经长期随访的脊柱结核55例。其中有1例为寒性脓肿破溃入腹腔的病人。手术以病灶清除,椎间植骨为主。治愈率70.9％,好转率16.36％。认为病变程度、多次手术及出院后的继续治疗与疗效有关。局部应用抗结核药物可增加药物浓度,提高疗效。Fifty-five patients with spinal tuberculosis were treated by focal debridement and implantation of skeleton from 1977 to 1987.One of them had a cold abcess ruptured and pus flowed into the abdominal cavity.The following-up period were from 13 months to 10 years,Thirtynine cases were completely cured(70.9%), 9 partially cured (16.4%), 4 wereinef fective(7.3%),and 2 recured (3.6%). Analysing the factors influencing curative effect, the authors conclude that the Antituberculotics applicated to focal should be considered as a good method to increase the cure rate.
