B超引导下经胸壁肺活组织检查29例报告

摘　　要：本文报告29例在B超引导下经胸壁对肺部外围病灶进行穿刺肺活检。结果28例阳性,阳性率96.5％。其中9例进行了肺叶切除,肺活检结果与病理检查结果符合。本组未发生严重合并症。此方法操作简便、定位准确、阳性率高。This report presents a study on the transthoracic biopsy of 29 cases with peripheral lung lesions by means of B ultrasound guide. The results were as follows: 28 cases were positive, and the positive rate was 96.5％. The diagnosis made by the lung biopsies were consistent with pathological diagnosis of 10 cases in 11 cases which were operated, It is a simple, a good orientationable method resulting a highly positive rate. There were no serious complications followed.
