经门静脉及外周静脉移植胎肝细胞治疗失代偿肝硬化——附8例初步报告

摘　　要：8例失代偿期肝硬化患者首创经门静脉及外周静脉移植胎肝细胞治疗后,临床症状及/或体征有不同程度改善,5例肝功能好转,3例无变化。讨论了胎肝细胞治疗肝病的机理、途径、观察指标及并发症等。8 patients with cirrhosis of decompensation treated with FLCs (Fetal Liver Cells)transplatation from portal and peripheral vein. The patients had improved in clinical symptom and/or sign to varying degrees. Liver function become better in 5 cases, no changes in other 3 cases. The paper suggested the mechanism, pathway, critic item and complication of FLCs transplatation.
