怀庆地黄对实验性炎症疗效观察

摘　　要：本实验采用小鼠腹膜炎、组织胺引起的血管通透性亢进等方法观察了怀庆地黄的水、醇、醚提取液的抗炎作用。结果表明:地黄水提取液对组织胺引起的血管通透性亢进及醋酸引起的小鼠腹膜炎有明显抑制作用(P<0.01),对蛋清所致急性炎症也有抗炎作用(P<0.01),而地黄的醇及醚提取液无抗炎作用(P<0.05)。This paper has been carried out using the method of peritonitis in mice and hy- pervasoeffusion caused by histamine for studying the anti-inflammatory actions of Huaiqing radix rehmanniae extracted from water,alcohol and ether as solvents.The result shows that the aqueous abstract of radix rehmanniae can suppress the hyperva- sceffusion caused by histamine and peritonitis by acetic acid obviously (P<0.01), and has also anti-inflammatory action on arthritis induced by albumen (P<0.01),but the equeous and ether abstract has no effect.
