怀地黄不同提取物的药理作用及有效部分分析

摘　　要：本文用地黄的乙醚、乙醇、水提取物进行动物实验,以寻找地黄的有效部分。结果表明地黄的水提取部分有镇静,降压、抗炎等作用(P<0.01),乙醚、乙醇提取部分无此作用(P>0.05)。将水提取部分进一步分离得中性、酸性、碱性部分,实验结果提示酸性部分有上述药理作用。而中性、碱性部分作用不显著(P>0.05)。经初步成分分析,酸性部分主要含有甙类、生物碱类以及磷酸等成分。The animal tests on different solvent abstracts from Huaiqing were investigated in order to find out the active contents of the drug.Ether,alcohol and water were used as the solvents.We find that the aqueous abstracts possess sedative,anti-hyper- tensive and anti-inflammatory actions (P<0.01).The ether and alcoholic abstracts possess no actions (P>0.05).The aqueous abstracts were separated into three por- tions:neutral,acid and alkaline.The acid portion possesses the above pharmacological actions,but othr portions possess no actions (P>0.05).The acid portion contains glycoside,alkaline and phosphate etc.
