胸壁结核的手术治疗——附206例报告

摘　　要：用病灶清除术治疗胸壁结核206例,一次手术成功187例(91％)。术后有并发症者19例,其中切口感染16例。复发3例,临床治愈203例(98.6％),并对胸壁结核的诊断、术前抗痨治疗及手术治疗的几个问题进行了讨论。206 cases with thoracic tuberculosis were treated by focal cleaning.187 cases(91%) of them succeed by ooe time operation.19 cases have complications after operation, including 16 cases complicated with infection of the incised wound.3 cases relapse and 203 cases (98.6%)get clinical cure.The diagnosis,preoperatiue antituberculotic therapy and some questions about operation of thoracic tuberculosis are discussed.
