消炎痛对实验性心律失常的作用

摘　　要：本文研究了消炎痛对实验性心律失常的作用,结果显示它能明显缩短乌头碱、氯化钡诱发大鼠心律失常的维持时间。使肾上腺素诱发家兔心律失常发生时间推迟,维持时间缩短;哇巴因引起豚鼠各种心律失常和心脏停跳的耐量显著增加;大鼠心电图校正的 Q-T 间期明显延长,它还能显著增加蟾蜍离体心脏的收缩振幅和离体家兔左心房的有效不应期延长。但是,对蟾蜍离体心脏自发性心博则无明显影响。实验结果提示消炎痛的大部分抗心律失常特征与溴(艹卡)胺相似,但无增加心率作用又与之不同。The effects of indomethacin on experimental arrhythmias were studied.The resu- lts show that iadomethacin could markedly shorten the duration of arrhythmias induced by aconitine or Bacl_2in rats.It might markedly retard the occurrence of arrhythmia and shorten the duration of one induced by adrenaline in rabbits.The doses of oua- bain necessary to cause the various kinds of arrhythmias and cardiac arrest in guinea pigs wers elevated significantly and the corrected Q-T interval of ECG in rats was prolonged markedly by giving indomethacino In vitro,indomethacin could markedly increase the amplitude of contraction of myocardial muscle of isolated heart from toas and greatly prolong the effective refractory period of isolated left atria of rabbit,but unchange the spontaneous beating of isolated heart from toats comparable with the conirol group,The experimental results suggest that the character of indomethacin was similar to bretylium,except not increasing the heart rate,in the antiarrhythmic effect.
