复方消炎痛油治疗带状疱疹临床观察

摘　　要：应用自制复方消炎痛油膏治疗带状疤疹36例(治疗组),并与对照组(25例)对比观察。结果表明治疗组平均治愈时间为5.7天,对照组为9.2天,统计学处理两组有显著关异(P<0.01)。并且治疗组中无继发感染及遗留神经痛者。因此我们认为消炎痛局部应用有明显的镇痛及抗炎作用。该药制备简单,疗效满意,无任何副作用。This paper reports 36 patients with herpes zcster treated with self-made indome- thacin ointment compound(the therapy group)were compared with the control group (25 cases).The results show that the average therapeutic period was 5.7 days in the therapy group and 9.2 days in control group.There is significant difference be- tween the two groups statistically(p<0.01).There are no secondary infection and Post-herpetic neuralgia in the therapy group.Therefore we suggest that indomethacin has remarkable effect of analgesia and anti-inflammation on the topic application.The preparation cf indomethaein ointment compound is simple the therapeutic efficacy is satisfactory and devoid of any side effects.
