摘　　要：对大连医学院及附属一院的357名更年期及45岁以上老年期妇女的健康状况进行了初步调查的结果:体重超重发生率为44—58％;血压增高为14—52％;眼底动脉痉挛或硬化为27—64％;高血脂发生率随年龄而增加,高胆固醇为3—32％;高甘油三酯为33—60％;绝经后骨折明显增多,50岁以后绝经者阴道炎发生率明显增多;更年期综合征症状发生率为53—88％,自绝经前开始、绝经4年后明显减少。357 perimenopausal and aged women were investigated by general check-up and questionaire. Among them, overweight was found 44％—58％, hypertension14％—52％, spasm or sclerosis of artery in eyeground 27％—64％, hypercholesterolemia 3％—32％, hyperglyceridemia 33％—60％. Hyperlipemia was noted to be increasing along with age. The incidence of fracture and vaginitis rises significantly after menopause. Climacteric syndrome was found in 53％—88％ of them and reduces markedly 4 years after menopause.
