人工全髋关节置换81例及手术力学问题  

AN ANALYSIS OF 81 CASES IN TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT AND OPERATIVE MACHANICUS PROBLEM

摘　　要：1980年1月～1988年7月,对7种髋关节病变施行人工全髋关节置换术132例,其中81例(82髋)平均随访3年,优良37例(占45.7％)。采用的假体为MooreⅡ型,后期采用骨水泥固定。术后1～4天内脱位3例,髋关节结核复发1例,假体松动16例(占19.7％)。对影响疗效的重要因素进行了分析,并对头颈型股骨颈骨折采用人工全髋置换和手术力学中的界面松动等问题进行了探讨。From March, 1980 to July, 1988, 132 cases of 7 kinds of hip disorders were treated by total hip replacement (THR). among them, 81 cases (82 hips)were followed in mean of three years and six months. The results of 37 cases were excellent or better(45.7%). The prothesis was Moore Type Ⅱ made in China and fixed with bone-cement in later. In complications there were 3 cases, with hip prothesis dislocation 1 case, with hip tuberculosis replace 15 cases, with and prothesis loosening(19.7%). The results of the THR has a close relationship with the kinds of hip disease, quality of prothesis, and method of fixion. The clinic experiences of 132 cases of total hip arthroplasty were presented. It is necessary that they were treated by THR for Subcapital-Neck Type Ⅱ of the femoral neck fracture. The interface loosening in operative machanicus and relationship with same problems were discussed.
