摘　　要：头颈型股骨颈骨折36例,占股骨颈骨折138例,各型中的26.1％,对其骨折线特征、治疗效果和并发症等问题应象对待头下型骨折一样的重视。本文还对损伤机理和血供问题进行了探讨。36 cases of headneck Type fracture of femoral neck accounted for 26.1％ of a total of 138 patients with fractures of femoral neck Types. According to the charactristic of the fracture line, the treatment results and complications must be attached as importance as to femoral neck fractures of subcapital Type. The injury mechanism and blood supplying were discussed.
