庆大霉素损害耳蜗血管纹及红花的对抗作用

摘  要:为进一步探讨庆大霉素(简称 GM)内耳中毒机理,本文采用形态学观察方法,利用光镜和电子显微镜对 GM 中毒后豚鼠耳蜗血管纹、毛细胞的损害进行了对比观察,也观察了肾脏形态改变。讨论了血管纹萎缩与外毛细胞缺失的关系,血管纹和肾小球萎缩的病理改变及中药红花改善微循环,减轻庆大霉素的毒性作用。For a further exploration of machanism of gentamicin oto- toxixity.the method of mo- rphological observation has been used in this paper The damage of stria vascularis and hair cell of cochlear in guinea pig have been observed and compared With the light microscopy and electron mic- roscopy,The damage of Kidney has also been observed, The results showed that the damage of gentamicin ototo- xicity first happened in stria vascularis,second in out hair cell,The change of cell mit- ochondria is earliest in this period,Atrophy stria Vascu- laris is in first coil and out hair cell loss are more seve- re in fitst and second coils than in third and fourth coils (P0.01)There is a correla- tion between atrophy Stria vasculais and out hair cell loss(r=0.8704 P<0.05), The carthamin is possible to protect intraepithelial cell fo capillaries and improve micr- ocirculation some hand,and same change of atrophy stria capillary and glomerulus of kidney can be observed。 Atrophy strai vascularis is a important cause of out hair cel loss,The damage of kidney function possibly leads to severe atrophy stria vascularis,
