脐带异常对围产儿的影响(附426例分析)

摘　　要：近年来由于围产医学迅速发展、高危妇娠监测的应用,围产儿病率及死亡率明显下降。但胎儿脐带异常不仅可以发生于高危妇娠,而且可以发生于任何孕妇。In the present article 426 infents with abnormal umbilical cord are statistically ana-lysed and the other 250 as controls. All ofthem were born in our horpital from Januaryto December 1986. The result showed that theincidence of intrauterine fetal distress in thestudy group is significantly higher than thatof control group. The incidence and the sev-erity of asphyxia neonatorum and vaginal op-erative delivery rate in a year were also sig-nificantey high. It shows that there is aclose relationship between abnormal umbilicalcord and the prognosis of perinatal fetus. andalso indcates the antepartum dignosis of ab-normal umbilical cord is very important.
