摘 要:测定了40例正常人和36例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者治疗前后的GHb浓度。治疗前36例病人GHb及空腹血糖(FBG)明显高于正常组(P<0.01)。治疗2.5~6个月后,31例病人GHb降至正常或大致正常。20例(55.6%)病人FBG降至正常,11例(30.6%)病人FBG接近正常(6.7~8mmol/L),疗效差的5例(13.9%)病人GHb和FBG治疗前后无明显变化或明显高于正常。据此我们认为GHb可作为糖尿病控制情况的一项较客观有用的生化指标。The concentrations of glucosylated heamoglobin (GHb) was measured in 40 normal subjects and in 36 patients with NIDDM treated with Glibenclamide. The results showed that the mean concentrations of GHb and fasting blood glucose (FBG) in 36 patients before treatment were significantly higher than those in normal subjects (P<C 0.01). After Glibenclamide treatment for 2.5~6 months, GHb level was reduced to normal range in 31 cases (86.1%). Normal FBG was found in 20 diabetics (55.6%) and FBG level was decreased to near normal range (6.7~8mmol/L) in 11 diabetics (30.6%). The levels of GHb and FBG were not significantly altered in the remaining 5 patients after treatment. Thus GHb might be regarded as the most helpful index for the control of diabetic mellitus.
