40例小儿脑干听觉诱发电位

摘　　要：对40例听觉障碍小儿进行了听觉脑干诱发电位检查,并确定其残余客观听力。在所检查的80只耳中,71耳表现为程度不等的听觉脑干诱发电位异常,同时还发现大部分患儿仍存有一定程度的客观残余听力。应用脑干听觉诱发电位确定患儿残余客观听力有重要意义。40例患儿中,22例有明确的氨基甙类抗生素应用史。Brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEPS) were carried out and auditory threshold was determined on 40 children with different hearing loss·Abnormal BAEPS were found in 71 ears among the 80 ears examined and different objective audiometry exists on the most of examined ears. It is important to determine the objective audiometry of the children the hearing loss. Among the 40 children's examination, there are 22 children on whom the aminoglycoside antibiotic agent had been applied.
