摘　　要：回顾分析35例实质性及囊实性卵巢肿瘤的组织学类型、分级、临床表现、期别、治疗方法和预后的关系、结果表明:临床表现与肿瘤的性质和组织学类型有关,预后受分级、分期等因素影响。认为卵巢肿瘤的形态学研究对提高治愈率具有重要意义。By reviewing the relation between the histologic class-fication and grading of 35 cases parenchymatous and cystic ovarian tumour, clinical features and staging, therapeutic methods and prognosis, it is concluded that clinical features have intense relation to property and histological classification of tumours, prognosis is influenced with grading and staging, ect. Therefore, morphalogical studies of ovarian tumour are very important to raise cure rate.
