脑室注射蝎毒对家兔血压、心率的影响

摘　　要：通过脑室注射蝎毒,观察其对家兔血压、心率的影响。结果发现蝎毒有先降压后升压、脉压差增大、心率减慢的作用。蝎毒的降压作用与脑室注射异丙肾上腺素(ISOP)后的降压作用相似。其升压作用可能与α效应有关。In order to reveal the rule played by Scorpion Venom in cardiovascular center, Scorpion Venom was infused into rabbit ventricles of the brain in our laboratory. Much of the data obtained have led to the conclusions and heart rate falls with Scorpion Venom infusions. The action of decreaes in blood prssure with Scorpion Venom is similar to that with ISOP infusions, and its action mechanisms for increase in blood pressure appears to be related to a-effects.
