小红参醌在体外的抗癌作用

摘　　要：研究不同药量(0～250μg/ml)小红参醌对4株人癌细胞(HeLa、AGZY-83a、MGC-803、HL60)和正常人血T淋巴细胞增殖的影响.观察到药量大于10μg/ml时,对癌细胞和淋巴细胞的增殖均可抑制,抑制程度随药量增加而更明显,作者认为可能是一种细胞毒作用.The effects of various doses (0-250μg/ml) of rubiquinone on growth of 4 cancer cell lines (HeLa,MGC-803.AGZY-83a and HL60) and proliferative activity of human blood T lymphocytes in vitro are reported.It was found that the growth of cancer cells was significantly inhibited in cultures containing above 10μg/ml rubiquinone.The effective inhibition doses of the agent on growth of cancer cells and on proliferative activity of normal lymphocytes were similar.The mechanism of anticancer action of rubiquinone is discussed.
