膀胱移行上皮癌患者血尿β_2-微球蛋白临床分析

摘　　要：我们利用放免法测定了38例膀胱移行上皮癌患者的血、尿β_2-微球蛋白(β_-mG),结果表明:膀胱癌患者血尿β_2-mG均明显高于健康人,并且膀胱癌患者血尿β_2-mG含量随肿瘤分级增加而增高。Serum and urine beta 2-microglobulin levels were measured withRIA in 38 patients with transitional cell cancer of the urinary bladder.The levels of serum and urine β_2-microglobulin were significantly higher inatients with transitional cell cancer of the urinary bladder than in the con-trol. It also showed that surum and urine β_2-microglobulin increased con-comitantly with the tumor grade.
