摘  要:本文报道了小麦霜霉病在甘肃省的分布和危害。在河西地区,小麦于扬花期前后。在叶、叶鞘等部位可大量形成孢子囊。于1977—1979年,对1000多份小麦材料做了抗病性调查,未发现有免疫品种,高感品种亦不多,绝大多数是中抗或中感品种。田间观察表明:小麦淹水一天,发病率平均为5.7%,淹水两天为44.8%,三天为70%。用六氯苯、五氯硝基苯等八种药剂给小麦拌种;对防治此病无效。以多菌灵、萎锈头等给小麦叶面喷施,对抑制组织内卵孢子的形成亦无效。The distribution of downy mildew and the damage caused by thive disease have been reported in this paper, At heading and milk stage,the sporangia occurred abundantly on leaves and leaf sheaths. During 1977 1979, more than 1.000,samples of wheat were assayed to determine their resistance to downy mildew,no mimune species was found,and most of them were moderate resistant or moderate susceptiblc to this disease. field observations indicated that a one day flood gave an average incidence of 5.7%,as flood lasted for two days,the disease incidence increased up to 44.8%,and the highest leavl was 75%. Sced treatment with HCB, PCNB, an other six fungrcides showed no control effect at all·Foliar sprays with Carbendaxol, Carboxin,Thiophante and Sodium P—aminobenzene suifonat,etc, in order to eliminate the oospores or to inhibit the development of oospores in host tissue were of no effect.
