摘  要:自然授粉的早熟桃新端阳(Amsden june)幼胚愈伤组织再生植株子叶产生的圆球状愈伤组织可以分化不定梢。不定梢分化的适宜培养基为1/2MS大附加BA1.0mg/1和蔗糖3%,同时观察到胚状体的存在。愈伤组织继代培养6代以后,仍保持其分化能力。不定梢生根成功,生根率达83.3%。This paper has studied some factors affecting plant regeneration from callus tissues from young embryos of open-pollinated early-maturing peach 'Amsden June' (Prunus persica (L.) Batsch). It was found that cotyledons producing globular-shaped calluses may differentiate adventitious shoots. Best medium for adventitious shoots development was consisted of 1/2 MS medium added with BA 1.0mg/L and sucrose 3%. On the same medium, somatic embryos were observed. The callus tissue has ability to develop adventitious shoots after 6 cultures fo it subsequently. adventitious shoots were successfully rooted, rooting rate up to 83.3%. This provides a new method to culture small embryos from very early-maturing peach, and allows their use in breeding programs for the improvement of peach.
