摘  要:本文对内江猪的生长发育特点进行了系统的研究。供试品种80头,长白猪为对照品种。分15、40、60、70、80、90千克体重阶段。观察各阶段的生长发育。饲料利用率和胴体组成的变化;采用Huxley的异速生长式(y=ax^b)比较局部组织、器官和整体的关系。获以下主要研究结果:In this paper, We have carried out a series of studies on the characteristics of the growth and development of Neijiang (NJ) pigs with Landrace ( L ) as the control breed. In this experiments 80 pigs were used to observe the growth rate, feed efficiency,changes of carcass compositions at 15, 40, 60, 70, 80 and 90 Kg liveweight, respectively. Huxlcys allometric equation y = axb was applied to campare the relationship between the part ( organs or tissues ) and the wholesale. The following results were obtained. In early stage ( perior to 60 Kg liveweight ) NJ were grew faster than L at the medium feeding condition of DE 3000 Kcal. and DCP 113g, but from 70 to 90 Kg liveweight slowly. The vital parts and organs ( such as head, heart and kidney, etc. ) were earlier matured with b< 1; loin, fat and large intestine, etc. were later matured with b> 1 , or about 1. The rank of carcass tissue maturity of NJ was bone-lean-skin-fat, that of L was bone-skin-lean-skin-fat. Both skin and fat weight of NJ significantly exceeded that of L, while the lean weight of NJ was far lower than that of L. The optimum slaughter liveweight of NJ was 90 Kg liveweight.
