摘　　要：应用同位素示踪技术结合细胞培养和生化微量定量方法,建立一种测定软骨细胞和基质中硫酸软骨素代谢速率的方法,为研究多种因素对软骨细胞功能彬响提供了一个灵敏有效的指标。本文报道了实验方法及应用实例。This paper report a method for measuring metabolic rate of chondroitin sulfate from chondrocyte and matrix with isotope trace.cell culture and biochemical microquantitative analysis technique. Metabolic rate is expressed by incorporate rate and transfer rate. This method provide an sensitive index for studying the effect of various factor on chondrocyte function. Experimental technique and applied example is reported.
