摘 要:本实验观察ConA和IL-1刺激小鼠睥脏T细胞引起的胞内早期Ca^(2+)和环核苷酸含量的变化。ConA和IL-1单独作用使T细胞内Cu^(2+)浓度增大,cAMP含量升高,cGMP含量不变。ConA和,IL-1联合作用,T细胞内Ca^(2+)浓度在10分钟内先是下降而后上升,cGMP亦呈现先下降后恢复正常,二者似有依存关系。ConA,IL - 1 stimulated T lymphocytes of mouse spleen. We found that either ConA(2μg/ml)and IL- 1 able to induce the early increasing of calcium and cAMP concentration,neither of them unable to change the level of cGMP. Combined ConA(2μg/ml)and IL -1 (1 :200)stimulated simultaneosly T cell and obviously (a21 reduce lo Lower at first. then increasing to high level ,at 10 minute falling to begining level. The cGMP has the same wave was observed. Seems there arc-dependence related upon them. The result showed these early complex kinetics of Ca21 and cGMP may be a key of the T cell beging to proliferation.
