亚洲野生稻遗传资源的一个新发掘——中国东乡野生稻利用前景的研究

摘  要:稻属(Ory3a)是禾本科中的一个小属。不同研究者得出稻属有19~23个种,迄今仍未作出定论。稻属种间,以及栽培稻与野生稻间普遍存在着程度不同的生殖、生理障碍,甚至染色体组相同的栽培稻和野生稻间都常出现亲和性差的现象,以致长时期来不为能对稻的野生资源充分利用。比之麦类种间直至属间遗传因子的不同形式的交换来,稻属的开发是十分落后的。Ancestral home of Dong Xiang wild rice with native name "wild cereals", is at Dong Yuan Xiang (28°30’N, 116°30’ E), Dong Xiang County, Jiangxi Province. It cann’ t bear full grain at natural condition of northern suburb of Shuang Liu County(30°35’N.(103°35’E), Chengdu municipality, Sichuan Province.In this paper, the morphological and ecotypic features of Dong Xiang wild rice were investigated, also did cases of the genetic recombinations using Dong Xiang wild rice as a donor parent, with 7 cultivated varieties of different genetic backgrounds by methods of quantitative genetics and cytogenetics. Our study was concontrated on inheritance and breeding value of Dong Xiang wild rice. Experimental results express clearly that Dong Xiang wild rice exists genetic heterogeneity comparing with cultivated varieties, and possesses many a economic genes indeed, moreover they can be transmitted to cultivated rice. Thus, the authors hold that Dong Xiang wild rice is a new germplasm resource of Asian wild rice.
