三碘季铵酚对颈动脉窦内压-体循环动脉压关系曲线的影响

摘  要:本文观察三碘季铵酚(F)对家兔(4mg/kg)的颈动脉窦内压(CSP)-体循环平均动脉压(SAP)关系曲线的影响,及迷走神经在F 升压中的作用.结果:在迷走神经完整组,F 可使血压升高,CSP-SAP 关系曲线平行上移;在迷走神经切断组,F 可使血压升高,但在低窦内压区CSP-SAP 关系曲线的上移幅度比高窦内压区小,曲线斜率也减小.提示F 的升压作用可能与其间接交感兴奋作用有关;F 还可能通过阻断颈上神经节M 受体和迷走传入纤维的作用,影响低窦内压区相对应的动脉压及CSP-SAP 关系曲线的斜率.We observed the effect of flaxedil on Carotid Sinus Pressure (CSP)-Systemic Arterial Pressure (SAP) relationship.Twelve rabbits anaesthatized with urathane were divided into two groups.Flaxedil treatment was performed in the intact vagus rabbits in group 1 and in the vagotomy rabbits in group 2.The results are as follows:(I)SAP raises and CSP-SAP relationship curve shifts upward in the intact rabbits compared with that in animals pre-treated after intravenous injection of flaxedil.(2) SAP raises and CSP-SAP relation- ship curve shifts upward,especially in the case of high CSP level.The slope of the curve de- creases in the case of low CSP level in the vagotomy rabbits that the changes of SAP and CSP-SAP relationship curve may be caused by indirect sympathomimetic effects rather than caused by its blockade effects on afferent vagal may be activites.On the other hand, the sensitivity reduced by flaxedil in the case of low CSP level in a way of blockading the M-receptor in the superior cervical ganglion and the afferent vagal activities.
