青银注射液的制备及临床应用研究

摘　　要：青银注射液是根据临床急症高热用药的需要,将青蒿和金银花组方,采用蒸馏法制备的灭菌水溶液。系统研究表明:该品质量稳定,毒性小,对动物肝肾功能、血象及心电图均无影响,心、肝、肾、肺等主要脏器亦无损伤,具有明显的解热和抗感染作用。经470例临床验证,其治疗上呼吸道感染的显效率和总有效率分别为56.1％及87.7％;对急性感染性高热退热的显效率和总有效率分别为76.9％及89.9％。与目前国内同类药物比较,该品具有显效快,疗效高,副作用少的优点。This article reports comprehensively the technology of preparing, standardization of quality, pharmacological action and clinical eff ect of Qing-Yin injection prepared from Qing-Yin(aretemisia annua L., Lonicera japonica Thun.) by steam distillation. It has distinct antifebrile and anti-inflammatory actions, manifested by experimental animals and clinical obervations. The results of clinical control study(470 cases) have proved that the injection is highly effective to cure both infection of upper respiratory tract and acute infective hyperpyrexia. Its overall effecative rate and cure rate are 56.1% 87.7%, 76.9% 89.9% respectively. The advantages of this product are stability of quality and no sideeffect and toxicactions. Besides, its therapeutic effect is faster and etter than other antifebriles.
