胃癌低发区胃癌与胃溃疡胃腺囊的比较观察

摘　　要：对54例胃溃疡、胃溃疡癌变和胃癌中29例胃腺囊进行了定性、定量比较观察和研究,结果表明:(1)29例中胃溃疡16例(72.7％),胃癌13例(40.1％),前者的检出率高于后者(P<0.025);(2)胃腺囊可分为幽门腺、胃体腺、贲门腺、肠化性和异型增生囊肿等,幽门腺囊肿多见;(3)胃癌胃腺囊数、最大横径和纵径、囊肿指数均多于和大于胃溃疡(P<0.05,P<0.002、P<0.001);(4)囊肿指数癌旁胃腺囊者大于非癌旁者(P<0.05),提示胃腺囊与胃癌的发生可能起某些作用。The quantitative and qualitative observations on 29 cases of glandular cyst with gastric carcinoma (GC) and gastric ulcer (GU) were investigated The results are as follows: 1. of 29 glandular cysts, 16 are GU, 13 GC, the frepuency of GU being higher titan that of GC (P<0.025) 2 .The glandular cyst is class'tried into pyroric cnrdiac, intestinal metaptasia and dysplastic cyst, with the pyroric cyst most commonly found 3.The number, the largest transverse, longitudinal diameter and cyst index (CI) of glandular cyst with GC are more and higher than those of GU respectively (P<0.05, P<0.002, P<0.001), which suggests that the glandular cyst ptays a role in tie development of gastric carcinoma
