肝胆疾病时全血GSH-P_X、Se、血清LPO的改变及其临床意义

摘  要:我们测定了59例肝胆疾病患者血谷耽甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px).硒(Se)及过氧化脂质(Lpo)的含量。发现 GSH—Px 活力在肝硬化、胆道疾患及原发性肝癌患者明显减低。全血 Se 在肝硬化患者明显减低。血清 Lpo 在肝硬化及原发性肝癌患者明显增高。在肝硬化患者全血 GSH—Px 活力与全血硒含量呈正相关,而与 Lpo 含量呈负相关。推测全血 Se 减低可导致 GSH—Px 活性减低.而 GSH—Px 活性减低又是 Lpo 增高的原因之一。The Glutathione Peroxidase (GSH—Px).Selenium (Se) and Lipid Peroxide (LPO) in blood were determined in the 59 patients with liver and bile duct diseases.The activity of GSH—Px decreased signicantly in the patients with liver Cirrohsis,diseases of bile duct and Primary Carcinoma of the Liver. Selenium in whole blood decreased in the patients with liver cirrohsis. Serum LPO was lower in tile liver cirrohsis and primary carcinoma of the liver than that in the normal controls.There is a positive correlation between the activity of GSH—Px and the content Of Selenium in whole blood in the liver cirrohsis and a negative correlation between the GSH—Px activity and LPO content,These results suggested that the decrease of Selenium in whole blood may induce the decrease of GSH—Px and the decrease of GSH—Px activity is one reason of LPO increase,
