妊娠高血压综合征与Na/K-ATP 酶、Mg-ATP酶关系的研究

摘  要:本文研究以31例中度和重度妊娠高血压综合征患者为对象,并以31名正常妊娠妇女和24名非妊娠妇女作对照,测定了红细胞膜 Na/K-ATP 酶和 Mg-ATP 酶活性。结果表明,妊高征组和正常妊娠组的 Na/K-ATP 酶活性比非妊娠组分别降低44.7%(P<0.01)和36.3%(P<0.05),妊高征组比正常妊娠组降低13.2%(P>0.05)。Mg-ATP 酶活性三组之间均无显著性差异。因此提示妊娠改变了细胞膜钠主动转运系统的功能,这种改变在具有妊高征体质的人可能更明显些。Na/K-ATP 酶活性降低会导致细胞内钠浓度升高,使机体对升压因素处于敏感状态,所以 Na/K-ATP 酶活性的降低可能构成妊高征发病机制中的一个环节。The activites of Na/K-ATFase and Mg-ATPase in erythrocytes were assayed in 31 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension,31 normotensive pregnancy and 24 non- pregnant women.Comparing with non-pregnat women,the activities of Na/K-ATPase significantly decreased in pregnant women with and without pregnaey-induced hyper- tension by 44.7%(P<0.01)and 36.3%(P<0.05),respectively.The activities of of Na/K-ATPase were slightly lower(13.2%)in women with pregnancy-induced hyperten- sion than in normotensive pregnant women.There were no significant diffferences in activties of Mg-ATPase between the three groups.Thus,it is indicated that pregnancy may change the function of active sodium transport system,especially in women with the tendency of pregnancy induced hypertension. The results permit a hypothesis that decreased Na/K-ATPase activities induce an increased concentration of cellular sodium ane make the body susceptible to factors which raise the blood pressure.Therefore,this change may be a link in pathogenic mochaisms of pregnancy-induced hypertension.
