摘　　要：本文首次用正交实验研究了在支持物衬底上测定咖啡因室温磷光的最佳条件,并在该条件下测定了安钠咖注射液中咖啡因的含量。Solid substrate phosphoremetry as a new method was used in determining caffein content in caffein and sodium benzoate injection. In the process of determination we perfomed an orthogonal test in order to select an optimal experiment condition. The pH 9.5 of the analyted solution and 0.500mol/L of sodium iodide in it are confirmed to be optimal by our experiments, the drying time for the impregnated filter paper in the oven is kept at 3 minutes and the drying temperature 120℃. The dried filter paper must be not expoused to the humidity.
