小蘖胺对小鼠升白细胞作用机理的研究

摘　　要：本文采用小鼠体内扩散盒及脾结节法,结合骨髓有核细胞计数,探讨了小蘖胺对小鼠骨髓白细胞系造血功能的影响.该药能显著提高小鼠骨髓有核细胞数,量效关系显著,促进骨髓造血干细胞及粒系祖细胞的集落生成率.认为其作用机理与促进骨髓造血干细胞及粒系祖细胞的增殖、分化有关.Berbamine is an alkaloid isolated from Chinese traditional medicinal herb, Berberis soulieana Schneid.By using the endogenous spleen colony forming (CFU-S) tech- nique and the in vivo diffusion chamber (CFU-DC) culture method we demonstrated that berbamine possesses promoting action on the number of bone marrow nucleated cells and that of colonies formed by CFU-S and CFU-DC in mice.The results suggested that the granulopoietic action of berbamine may act through stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of CFU-S and CFU-DC.
