垂体肿瘤的内分泌诊断

摘　　要：垂体肿瘤大多是良性肿瘤,起源于垂体分泌细胞的垂体肿瘤是具有内分泌功能的。以往对垂体细胞的认识有限,垂体肿瘤的分类是根据光镜染色所证实的主要细胞的类型而定,分为嫌色细胞瘤、嗜酸细胞瘤。Diagnosis, by radio-immunal assay of the plasma pituitary hormones, studied in 20 patients with pituitary adenoma, who were proved by pathology as chromophobe adenoma 15, mixed adenoma 5.According to the laboratory diagosis, there were, growth hormone (GH) adenoma 2, prolactin (PRL) adenoma 9, mixed GH + PRL adenoma 4, mixed GH+Follicular Stimulating (FSH) adenoma 3, mixed GH + ACTH ADENOMA 1, functionless adenoma 1.Our experiment has shown that most (19/20) of the pituitary adenomas are functional, which shows a coincidence with clinical observation.We should classificate pituitary adenomas according to the function of pituitary adenoma cells.
