摘 要:热疗法已用作癌症放射治疗的物理增敏手段,但能否用于内脏肿瘤,一直为临床所关注。胃癌是我国多见肿瘤,常因病期较晚致外科手术困难,又多为腺癌,放射敏感性不佳。本文利用猪模拟胃癌的上腹部照射野,行434MHz微波热疗,观察上腹部深部器官的热损伤,进一步探讨微波用于深部器官低度敏感性癌症放射增敏的可能性。Hyperthermia of 434 MHz 300W microwave was delivered every three days. A total of 10 heatings at temperature of 43℃ measured by a tube inserted into the hepatic portal vein for 5 minutes given. The results showed that the liver growth rate decreased, that the liver function GPT, alkaline phosphatase and pancreatic amylase began to increase after the first or second heating, the later two remaining abnormal for over 4 months, that serum creatine and urea nitrogen increased at the later part of the course and that a varying degrees of changes were found in the liver, kidney, pancreas, spleen, stomach and small intestines. It is suggested that caution against possible damage in the deep visceral organs be taken.
