摘　　要：为了解胸部肿瘤放疗会不会影响心脏。我们于1986年12月～1987年12月间,对39例无心脏病史的胸部肿瘤病人,在放疗前及放疗过程中进行了心电图的动态观察,发现当心脏区域受到一定剂量的照射时,可出现心电图的改变。Thirty-nine patients with intra-thoracic tumor but without previous heart disease were treated by radiotherapy to doses of 50-60 Gy/6Wk from 1986 to 1987. Abnormal EKG, performed before and once a week during the course of radiotherapy, was found in 62% (24/39) of patients. ST-T segment changes were observed in 18% .(7 patients); autricular premature beat in 13%(5 patients);ventricular premature beat and sinus tachycardia each in 10(4 patients); sinus bra,dycardia in 5% (2 patients) and abnormal findings in IAV-B Ⅱ, Ⅲ aVF leads and ,Q wave each in 3% (1 patient). Except 7 patients who had abnormal findings two months after radiotherapy, the EKG of the other patients all returned to normal.
